Search engine optimization tests

Since I am so addicted to SEO and finding out more about it I have plans on starting a bunch of SEO tests soon.
The plan is to write about it in my Seo N00b blog but have not yet made any plans on exactly what to test…

One thing I am looking for an answer for is if the location of the webhost itself plays a big part in geographical ranking. Sure everyone has something to say about this but no one really knows for sure or has any facts to back up their explanations with..

Most optimal for a website you are trying to optimize would be if everything is related to that specific country you are trying to optimize for….
This was discussed at a swedish SEO forum and this is what I believe:

I tried Likvault recently and I was so impressed of it that I decided to write a small presentation of it.
It is a lot like Coop, both programs have the same general purpose and that is to get a lot of backlinks…

Linkvault is a perfect place to start if you want to do some good SEO for your website, I strongly recommend it to anyone that is interested in SEO.

How did this happen? I made a site dedicated to Chocolate Brownies

I was browsing through all nice templates at oswd.org when I suddenly found a template called “Brownie”. At first I did not think much about it but later on when i checked keyword popularity etc for the term chocolate brownies I thought like, ah nothing special here! anyway I checked if the domain chocolatebrownies.com was taken and it was. I also checked to see if chocolatebrownies.net was available just for the curiosity….

At this time I was not interested, but later on when I browsed through the templates again and saw this good lookin “Brownie” Template I thought, Damn! I must make something out of this
A few hours later, I made the site functional and now it´s up on the Internet

Hehe, even I thinks it is a bit strange to make a site only about Chocolate Brownies but I already made a site about search engine optimization filled with sexy pics (seosexy.com) so I might as well go for all these crazy ideas I have…

Another funny thing with site is that I will be able to see how hard it is to rank in the top 10 for the keyword phrase “Chocolate Brownies” as an SEO experiment..
