One of my friends/co workers have recently started a poker blog. I guess there are a few out there but this one is actually unique. So what´s unique about it? Well it is in english but the news are mostly targeted to cover swedish poker news and events. Perfect if you can´t read swedish and still want to keep up with what´s going on in the Swedish poker world. Oh! I forgot to mention that there is also some coverage of South African news regarding gambling and such. I wish Wayne good luck with his new poker blog!

Every now and then you stumble upon some cool tools

This time it´s a Domain name value tool from DNscoop!
It combines some factors of your site/domain and then calculates the value of the whole domain as well as what you should charge for selling links. but wait! didn´t Matt Cutts write on his blog that selling links is not accepted anymore…. Hmmm…

So… The tool calculates domain age, pagerank, inbound links, Alexa traffic rank and indexed pages. After that it combines the score and you will get a (I guess) stupid $ value for your domain.

Another one of those SEO contests is soon about to end, actually the CPayscom2 Online Casino contest ends february 1st. In the carcasher contest (which I won) I got help from my friend Dondor who also recently got married so congrats Dondor Dondor is participating in the CPayscom2 Online Casino contest and he is currently ranked as number 2 on MSN. The leader in Google.com is another friend of mine (Ofir) which I worked together with in the carcasher contest.
Visit Dondor´s CPayscom2 Online Casino site and check the actual rankings for all search engines. It seems to me that they give prizes for ranking in the french version of MSN as well. Kind of strange but hey! not if you are french I Will be back later with one final post on those SEO contests and then I will give it a rest because I have to do real SEO work for all the swedish clients. Once again just to clarify! The work you do on a SEO contest site is absolutely not the same kind of work as you do on a client´s site. When it comes to real business SEO you always have to put the website visitor as a first priority because they are actually trying to sell products and services so you can´t play with the site as a little kid

Only month left in the carcasherdotcom seocontest and the leader is still the canadian domain but will the webmaster of that domain be the winner of carcasherdotcom seocontest ?. Only time can tell I guess and right now some of my friends sites are ranking very good for the selected keyphrase carcasherdotcom seocontest… One of them is Ofir with his domain www.the-carcasherdotcom-seocontest.com and you can visit his site here at carcasherdotcom seocontest. I also found out that I am ranked as number 3 in Yahoo with this carcasherdotcom seocontest site which is actually located on this domain and it used to be my old contest domain for the V7ndotcom Elursrebmem contest. In MSN I currently rank as number 4 when making a search for carcasherdotcom seocontest so you can check that site over at this carcasherdotcom seocontest URL.
I hope that my main domain which is carcasherdotcomseocontest.cc will jump up to a first place soon because it would so nice to win at least one Seo contest.
All I can do now is just hang around and wait, I problably will not be winning the December checkpoint but I am optimistic, oh and my competitor Gary just installed a Wordpress blog on his carcasherdotcomseocontest dot n-e-t in hope to rank higher…. lol! what a guy!
He also wrote that if it works he will do the same on his canadian site.

Swedish rap has never really been attractive to listeners in the U.S and now the chances will surely decrease after Mark in da Park has released his new video.

A while ago I started looking for good sites in people´s online bookmarks, I found some very interesting sites about some of my favourite topics.
I started to bookmark stuff myself and now I gathered a list of all my bookmarks all in one place. I am using a lot of different online bookmarks services to see for myself which works best for me. My favourite at the moment is Blogmarks.net since it´s really easy to add new sites via my Firefox toolbar.

Ok that´s it! and I think that is enough… Well now it shouldn´t be to hard to select a bookmark service that suits your needs.

Nu har Sveriges första sökmotoroptimeringstävling dragit igång och i denna SEO tävling ska man ranka så bra som möjligt på hela fem stycken nyckelord.
